Mattawan Ayso 933 & Mattawan Little League - Expectations!

Managing Expectations: A Post. . .

Hi friends! Sessions for Mattawan Little League and Mattawan AYSO Region 933 ended today! At this point, I have about 6,000 images to process - this is AFTER narrowing them down, so this is the total images that I will be completing for both leagues. What does this mean for you?

A) Please do not ask me when your specific photos will be done. They will be done as soon as possible. That answer will not change until the time the galleries are published. I will always answer, "As soon as possible!" Because that will always be true. I work pretty much around the clock, 12+ hours a day on these, so the more questions I have to field, the longer it takes me. Check your friends.

2) Did you know I am a one person company? That means all the composites and custom artwork that I create is just me doing it, and I can only complete so many things in one day...did you also know that it is "Something to do for School 8 Days a Week" season? Yup...I have two kids in elementary school. They need me a lot. Idk...I just am not at the stage where I trust anyone else to do what I do, so until my kids are old enough to be super trained to take over some of these duties I have, the circle of trust ends with me. I will work nonstop, don't worry. I don't sleep much during the month of May. I am too busy.

III) Is there a makeup day? - No. I held sessions on 14 separate dates spanning over three different weeks, and I do not have time to host any other dates as I have other leagues starting. You snooze, you miss out, finders keepers...please don't make me feel guilty. It makes me feel bad. There were lots of reminders sent out, so I have to not feel bad. But, I will feel bad anyway.

Some friends had asked about when to expect photos, and at this time, I am aiming for completion of galleries by Memorial Day weekend. I want to be able to relax. I won't be able to relax until this work is done. Lots to do! If that goal changes, I will advise. I can't wait for you guys to get your galleries! These kids did not disappoint. I mean, how could they, they are the best!

p.s. Don't worry about the length of this post. Ask my husband how fast I type - it is faster than I can talk. It is a fun fact about me. Back to working the last batch of banners I go! Be sure to sign up for your respective galleries so that you know the second photos are published:
